Several major roads lead into Southampton City Centre. The A33 (The Avenue) is the main one, and connects from the M3 and M27. Cumberland house is opposite located in the Regus offices on the corner of Cumberland Place (A3024) and Grosvenor Square,
Car parking: Due to our unique city centre location car parking space is limited. Onsite Blue badge parking can be arranged by request. However, there are several Pay and Display car parks in close proximity to our Southampton office.

From Southampton Central station:
- About a 10 minute walk;
- Exit the station from the East side on to Blechynden Terrace (There is a Starbucks opposite the station);
- Cross over the road onto Wyndham Place and turn right at the end onto Commercial Road;
- Walk past the Mayflower Theatre and at the end turn left onto Cumberland Place;
- Follow the road around and Regus Cumberland House is next to the Premier Inn;
Most Southampton Uni Link bus routes service the city centre the nearest stops to Cumberland House are London Road or the Cenotaph and we are a 5 minute walk from either.
BlueStar bus stops that are closest to include the Cenotaph, London Road or the Civic Centre.
